This Privacy Policy describes how Thecodingpm ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and safeguards information in relation to the mobile application VOXO - AI Vocal Remover Stems (package name: com.sphare.splitter, hereinafter referred to as "the App" or "VOXO").

1. User Data & Media Processing (Zero Permanent Audio Storage)

VOXO is an AI-powered audio separation and stem extraction utility. We respect your intellectual property and privacy:

• Audio & Video Files: When you select or import an audio track or video file to isolate stems (vocals, drums, bass, instruments), the media is processed either on-device or streamed securely to our encrypted studio processing server solely to perform the stem separation task.
• No Model Training: Your private media files are never used to train AI models, sold, or shared with third parties.
• Ephemeral Processing: Uploaded media files are processed ephemerally in volatile memory/temporary staging and are automatically deleted immediately after stem extraction is completed.
• Local Exports: All separated stems, mixes, and exported audio files are saved locally in your device's private sandbox storage and remain under your complete control.

2. Data Collection & Analytics

We do not require user registration, account creation, logins, names, addresses, or phone numbers to use VOXO. We do not collect or harvest Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions (Google Play Billing)

The App offers optional premium subscriptions (VOXO Pro). All financial transactions and payment processing are handled directly and securely through Google Play In-App Billing.

• We never receive, store, or have access to your credit card numbers, bank accounts, or financial payment details.
• We utilize RevenueCat to securely validate purchase tokens and sync your subscription status across your devices. RevenueCat processes anonymous app user IDs and purchase receipts in accordance with their privacy policy.

4. Device Permissions

The App may request the following device permissions solely for functional operation:

• Storage / Media Audio & Video: Required to allow you to select audio or video files from your device to isolate stems, and to save your exported WAV or MP3 files.
• Internet Access: Required to communicate with our AI processing engine and to verify Google Play subscriptions.

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates trusted third-party SDKs that may collect anonymous device technical data to provide infrastructure services:

• Google Play Services & Google Play Billing
• RevenueCat (Subscription Receipt Validation)

6. Children's Privacy

VOXO is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at ahmadmuaaz292@gmail.com, and we will promptly take appropriate action.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Because we do not maintain persistent user accounts or store user audio on remote servers, your data is retained locally on your device. You can delete all your separated projects and files at any time directly within the App by deleting individual projects or by uninstalling the App.
